📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of leads and opportunities.,Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on best practices and strategies.,Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in the use of sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
