📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Prepare and review financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.,Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient use of funds.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax laws is a plus.
