Pro Bit Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Indramayu. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring all sales targets are met.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Must be able to travel within the region for store visits and training.
