📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and nurture client relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
