📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage and oversee key sales channels, including distributors, retailers, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or channel development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
