📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tenant relations strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of tenant relations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams.
Monitor tenant satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with property managers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular tenant surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tenant relations.
Represent Tokyu Property Management Indonesia at tenant events and industry conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in tenant relations and customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi or BuildingIQ.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
