In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and working closely with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control checks on products and services to ensure they meet established standards.,Work closely with the Quality Control team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Investigate and document any quality issues or complaints, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.,Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all aspects of the business.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance, Healthcare, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its specific quality assurance requirements is a plus.
