📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and resolve any issues that arise.,Assist with the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and systems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.
