📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide information about products.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process customer transactions and handle payments.,Organize and maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in training and development programs.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.
