📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients,Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role,Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ACLS, PALS),Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages🛠️ Keahlian
