In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all workers on construction sites. You will oversee safety protocols, conduct inspections, and provide training to promote a safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and enforce safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.,Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.,Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.,Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans for construction projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction health and safety, with a focus on supervisory roles.,Certification as a Safety Officer (SO) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with workers at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using safety management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
