In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support our global operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.,Develop and implement HRIS processes and workflows to streamline HR operations.,Provide technical support and training to HR staff on the use of the HRIS system.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HRIS system meets their needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HRIS trends and technologies and recommend improvements.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.,Work closely with the IT department to resolve any technical issues with the HRIS system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role.,Strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes.,Excellent technical skills in HRIS software and databases.,Proven track record of successful HRIS implementations and improvements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.

🛠️ Keahlian

HRIS software proficiency (e.g.SAP SuccessFactorsWorkdayOracle HCM).Experience with HRIS data migration and integration.Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g.GDPRPDPA).Experience with HRIS reporting and analytics.Experience with HRIS customization and configuration.Experience with HRIS user access management and security.Experience with HRIS change management and stakeholder communication.Experience with HRIS project management and delivery.
