📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and mentorship to store staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.,Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.,Participate in store openings and closings, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
