📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Promote the store and attract new customers through marketing initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successfully leading a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Understanding of basic marketing principles,Ability to use computers and common software applications
