As a Basketball Event Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of basketball events, from local tournaments to international competitions. You will work closely with local organizers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure the success of each event. With your expertise in event management and passion for basketball, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sports in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate basketball events, including local tournaments and international competitions.
• Work with local organizers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure the success of each event.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and staffing.
• Promote events through various marketing channels to attract participants and sponsors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event branding and communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with event regulations and safety standards.
• Provide post-event reports and recommendations for future events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as EventEspresso, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards for event planning.
