📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
