📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage and oversee key sales channels, including distributors, retailers, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or channel development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
