📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement tenant relations strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of tenant relations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular tenant surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tenant relations.
• Represent Tokyu Property Management Indonesia at tenant events and industry conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in tenant relations and customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi or BuildingIQ.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
