📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Enter and verify financial data into accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for management.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the accounting manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).li>
• Certification in accounting or data entry is a plus.
