📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Maintain accurate records of IT support activities and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic programming languages is a plus.
