📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, including scheduling, staff management, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage the gym's budget and financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate the gym's staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement and monitor member retention and satisfaction programs.
  • Represent the gym at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in gym management or a similar role in the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing gym operations and increasing member satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with fitness industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
