📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate guest reservations using PMS and CRM systems
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and amenities
• Process bookings, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Monitor and update reservation status in real-time
• Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential guests
• Assist in promoting special packages and offers to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all reservations and guest interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest reservations or a related field in the hospitality industry
• Proficient in using PMS and CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Basic knowledge of Bali and local attractions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
