In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Manado area, manage a team of dedicated professionals, and ensure that our products and services reach the maximum number of UMKMs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market penetration, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction. With a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize our offerings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Manado area, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the team and processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and drive customer acquisition in the Sulawesi region.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize our offerings for maximum impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Drive regional growth by identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the fintech industry.
• Represent BukuWarung at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the fintech or banking industry, with a proven track record of driving regional growth.
• Strong understanding of the UMKM landscape and the challenges they face in accessing financial services.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment in Indonesia, including but not limited to OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) guidelines.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote areas in Sulawesi, to meet with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
