📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of office operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
• Monitor and analyze office performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Represent Saba Indomedika at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the national headquarters to ensure that regional goals are met and exceeded

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze office performance metrics
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
