📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and maintaining HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, employee management systems, and payroll software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
