PT Cipta Mandiri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic and supportive organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered).,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
