📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.,Support the operations team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations processes.,Support the operations team in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.,Ability to travel as required by the role.
