📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor by stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.,Assist in training new employees and providing customer assistance.,Participate in promotional activities and special events to drive sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
