📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the tourism units, ensuring they meet the department's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement tourism development plans, including marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of tourism units, providing regular reports to the department.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the tourism units.
• Represent the department at local and national tourism events and conferences.
• Lead and mentor a team of tourism professionals, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing tourism projects and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of tourism regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tourism software.
• Certification in tourism management or a related field is a plus.
