📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Coordinate with management to ensure that HR practices align with business objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
