As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet our operational needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the purchasing process from start to finish.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for money.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.,Analyze and report on purchasing trends and performance metrics.,Attend and participate in supplier meetings and negotiations.,Handle any purchasing-related issues or disputes that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
