📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements for open positions.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and labor laws to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
