Bit Direct Corporindo is looking for a talented and dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials at the right time and at the best price. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that our company has the necessary supplies and materials.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible deal.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage the procurement budget and ensure that we are spending money in the most cost-effective way possible.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
