MOMENTUM Lestari is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to trainers and employees.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
