Guna Berkah Propertindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Consultant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training programs and ensuring that all employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Oversee the training process, including scheduling, delivering, and evaluating training sessions,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop appropriate programs,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals,Provide feedback and support to trainers to improve the quality of training sessions,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Act as a liaison between the training department and other departments within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a supervisory role,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
