📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and grinding equipment.
• Set up and program CNC machines using industry-standard software such as Fanuc and Siemens.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and implement design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest CNC technology and best practices.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a fabrication workshop.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Knowledge of metalworking processes and materials.
• Understanding of quality control and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
