📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of 5-7 retail stores in Bali, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize store layouts and inventory management using SAP and Excel to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Work with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.
• Collaborate with the head office to align local operations with the company's strategic goals.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the ceramics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to travel frequently to different store locations in Bali.
