📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and coordination of air freight shipments, including booking flights and managing cargo documentation.
• Support the team in tracking and monitoring air cargo movements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of required documentation for air freight shipments, such as AWBs, HAWS, and other relevant papers.
• Participate in the development and implementation of air freight strategies and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
• Support the team in managing and maintaining relationships with air cargo carriers and service providers.
• Assist in the analysis of air freight data and the preparation of reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions, contributing to the development of air freight solutions.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of air freight operations and related processes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, CargoWise, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
