As a Part-Time HRIS & ERP Implementation Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of HRIS, ERP, and Odoo systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality results that align with UpraisIT's vision.

- Lead the implementation of HRIS, ERP, and Odoo systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance business processes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
- Monitor system performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in HRIS, ERP, and Odoo implementation.
- Report on project progress and milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or Odoo implementation.
- Proven experience in managing and leading digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), HRIS, ERP, or Odoo are a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali's business environment and local regulations.
