📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our PMS system.
• Manage room assignments and ensure all guest requests are met promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with PMS systems, such as Opera or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local regulations and tourism standards.
